All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your selected date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

Cancellations made with 14 or more days’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice may result in forfeited deposits unless rescheduled. Reloaded reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unsafe weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

The listed price includes travel within 25km of Emu Park.
Additional travel fees apply as follows:
• 25–45km = $20
• 45–65km = $40
• 65km+ = contact us for a custom quote

Access to two standard 10amp household power outlets must be available within 20 metres of the parking area. If no power is available, generator hire is available at $50 and must be arranged at least 7 days prior to the event.

We require a flat, accessible parking space approximately 8 metres long by 3 metres wide. This must be safe for participants to enter and exit the van.

A responsible adult must be onsite for the duration of the event. Participants must follow all instructions from staff. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the van without refund.

Photos or video may be taken during your event and used for promotional purposes only with your consent. Media consent is optional and can be declined when completing your waiver.

Participation in Reloaded activities is voluntary and at your own risk. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Reloaded is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or conditions beyond our control.
