A: Up to 14 players can play at once, depending on the games chosen and how players rotate. Multiple consoles are running at once, so everyone gets time to play.
A: We use Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch consoles, with a wide selection of multiplayer games. Let us know if you have specific requests or age preferences.
A: Absolutely. If you have concerns about age-restricted content or want specific games included (or left out), just let us know when booking. We're happy to customize the experience to suit your group.
A: We require a flat, accessible space approx. 8 metres long by 3 metres wide. It should be safe for participants to enter and exit.
A: Yes — two standard 10amp power outlets are needed within 20m of where the van will park. If you don’t have access to power, generator hire is available for $50.
A: Yes. The van is fully enclosed and air-conditioned for year-round comfort.
A: The van is waterproof and air-conditioned, so weather usually isn't a problem. Only dangerous conditions (like flooding or severe storms) may cause rescheduling.
A: Travel is included within 25km of Emu Park.
A: Use our online booking system to select your package, time, and add-ons. We’ll confirm everything and send a deposit link.
A: Yes - a deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 48 hours before the event.
A: Cancel with 14+ days’ notice and you’ll get a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit the deposit unless rescheduled.
